Your records stay on your devices; TandemPOS does not keep a cloud copy of POS transactions. Supported sales, returns, purchases, expenses, and stock changes transfer over encrypted local Wi-Fi on a per-register schedule (one minute by default) while the apps remain open and awake; after either app restarts, scan a fresh QR to reconnect. Other setup, account, staff, and cash-shift records remain on the device where they were entered.
