Before you install
Install the new version over the old one — never by clearing your data first.

Internet is needed for sign-in and activation — then the counter works locally.

TandemPOS is designed around ordinary Windows computers, Android tablets, receipt printers, scanners, and cash drawers. Confirm the connection type and local warranty before buying.
